what does gec do?

We connect women and children from the United States to women and children in Ghana.  Our purpose is to educate and empower women and children in Ghana by educating and empowering women and children here. 

how do we do that?

Our first project, Letters to Ghana, began in the Summer of 2016. This project centers around children-created cards and letters sent to pen-pals in Accra, Ghana.  It is our aim to bring awareness of a foreign culture and cultivate relationships with citizens of Ghana.  If you and your classroom would like to participate in Letters to Ghana, please contact us.
